The location is very good as it is in the city center but on a quiet one way street. Around there are many attractions for tourists, restaurants, shops, Spanish tapas bars. The beach is very only 50 meters. There are bus stops nearby, both local and intercity. Excellent communication with Alicante airport, only 45 minutes by bus. There is a children’s playground on the beach. The car can be easily parked on the street by the housing estate, parking is free. The location is in the city center so you are close to everything.
