The location is very good as it is in the city center but on a quiet one way street. Around there are many attractions for tourists, restaurants, shops, Spanish tapas bars. The beach is very close, only less than 2 minutes walk. There are bus stops nearby, both local and intercity. Excellent communication with Alicante airport, only 45 minutes by bus. There is a children’s playground on the beach. You can easily park your car on the street by the building or in our underground garage, parking is free. The location is in the city center so you are close to everything.
